Project
E-MODE is a Grundtvig project aiming to equip adult educators with an integrated set of tools, methods and skills in designing, developing and evaluating their own modules and materials and using them in various interactive ways, so as to support them respond in their essential role as innovators of the flexible, community and ICT based learning environments of the modern European knowledge societies.
More specifically E-MODE project aims to:
identify adult trainers' attitudes and practices, when it comes to the development of their own educational modules and material and ICT incorporation in this process
enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of adult trainers in using Technology (ICT) in the production and provision of educational modules and content
elaborate an integrated set of methodologies for the development and use of educational modules and materials in various training delivery modes
create a virtual and interactive environment for learning, comprising innovative training modules, contents and tools for adult trainers
develop, pilot and evaluate a blended training program (face to face meetings and distance learning) to train adult educators in this field
diffuse products and results, supporting their integration both in national trainers' training initiatives and educational practice
create a sustainable network dedicated to provide material, methodologies, guidelines, self assessment tools and regular updates to the wide range of adult educators in the participating countries and beyond
