An adult learner based approach constitutes the key point of the research and experimenting activities, as well as the familiarisation and use of the contemporary applications of technology/communication by the trainer in order to facilitate and update his/her learning contents.

E-MODE approach is also based on a cultural and linguistic adaptation of the results to the specificities of each partner country, providing specific integration guidelines of the proposed innovation into the national/regional adult training systems of all partners countries.

Dissemination and exploitation is also an important part and it runs from the beginning of the project, indicating and making use of the different existing communication channels and strategies. Target groups are actively involved from the beginning of the project and keep being updated through the diffusion of the printed dissemination products (leaflet, newsletter) and also through the internet.
